Compliance & Ethics Magazine is a bi-monthly peer review magazine offering articles written by members and other compliance experts related to corporate ethics and culture, compliance programs, enforcement actions and new and changing regulations.  Membership in the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics include a free subscription to this publication.

Compliance & Ethics Magazine offers a wide range of articles for professionals in all industries.  Articles include original review articles, case reports and evaluations of software and technology relevant to the compliance field. Valuable information provides “how to” information you can put to immediate use in your organization.  It saves you time by offering the most current information on research, compliance issues and resources.  Compliance & Ethics Magazine is a Peer review publication assuring the quality and accuracy of the published articles.

A submission must be received with the understanding that it is not under consideration by any other magazine and that no part of the submission has appeared previously.  This restriction does not apply to previous publication in the form of government or industrial reports, or press reports.  Where questions exist, authors should submit copies of material that has appeared or had been submitted elsewhere.  Transfer of copyright to the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics is a condition of publication.

Articles generally run between 1,250 and 2,500 words.  We suggest that footnotes to be 10 or less. All references must appear at the end of the article.  (Please do not use the footnote feature in Word.) Articles should be submitted as a Word document with very limited formatting. The author’s bio, contact information and professional photo must be included with the article as well as the article title.
