2025 European Compliance and Ethics Institute

Share your experience and expertise with your compliance colleagues at the primary learning event for compliance and ethics professionals. Submit a proposal to speak at the 2025 European Compliance and Ethics Institute taking place 10 – 12 March, 2025 in Europe.

Submissions will be accepted between 1 June – 31 July, 2024. Late submissions and applications not submitted through the online form will not be considered.

Submission Requirements

  • Session Title
  • Presenter and co-presenter(s) names, titles, company, and emails. Sessions with 1-2 presenters preferred; only a limited number of sessions involving 3 speakers will be accepted.
  • Biography of each presenter (no longer than 1 page each)
  • Program Level (see definitions below)
  • Three brief bullet points explaining what attendees will learn from your session (each bullet limited to 100 characters)

Additional Information 

  • SCCE seeks a variety of single-speaker and multiple-speaker sessions (not to exceed 3 speakers per session). When submitting a multiple-speaker session proposal, we value diverse  perspectives among the co-presenters (e.g. from different employers, blend of internal compliance professionals and outside advisors, etc.).  No more than one presenter from a given vendor can be included in the panel.
  • Program Levels Definitions:
    • Basic - Program knowledge level most beneficial to Compliance Professionals new to a skill or an attribute. These individuals are often at the staff or entry level in organizations, although such programs may also benefit a seasoned professional with limited exposure to the area.
    • Intermediate - Program knowledge level that builds on a basic program, most appropriate for Compliance Professionals with detailed knowledge in an area. Such persons are often at a mid-level within the organization, with operational or supervisory responsibilities, or both.
    • Advanced - Program knowledge level most useful for individuals with mastery of the particular topic. This level focuses on the development of in-depth knowledge, a variety of skills, or a broader range of applications. Advanced level programs are often appropriate for seasoned professionals within organizations; however, they may also be beneficial for other professionals with specialized knowledge in a subject area.
  • Sessions are either 75 or 60 minutes
