To confirm a sleeping room within the SCCE Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card.  This card will be used to prepay a deposit for the first night and will be charged immediately.  This deposit is refundable up to 5 days in advance of your arrival date.    

The cutoff date for the group rate is Monday, December 23rd, 2019 or once the group room block is full, whichever comes first.  Confirmation of rooms after the cut-off date will only be accepted based on availability and at the Hotel’s prevailing rates. 

For those who wish to extend their stay, sleeping room rates are available three days before and three days after the academy based on availability.
